The hat was packaged very well and with care so it would arrive in perfect shape. It really says a lot about a seller who takes their time to properly ship a item that they know you are expecting to arrive in good shape. Unlike other shippers who are cheap and crush your hat and fold it into a envelope. I would definitely purchase another Tilley hat from Holland Hats.
